As a Sales Associate, you will support the Bulletin Healthcare sales team by contributing to activities that drive revenue growth and create efficiencies in the sales process. The sales team is made up of accomplished professionals with extensive relationships and intense time commitments. This role will play a key part in maximizing client-facing time and, by extension, revenue for the company.

The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, possesses a genuine enthusiasm for advancing their sales and marketing skill, and thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment. They will demonstrate an eagerness to engage in the complete sales process at Bulletin Healthcare and a desire to interact directly with clients. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with teams across the organization, including Advertising Operations, Marketing, and Data Insights & Analytics. The Sales Associate will join the company during a time of rapid growth, which will produce advancement opportunities in sales or another commercial area of Bulletin Healthcare or the broader Cision organization.

While this is a remote position, preference will be given to candidates in the Northeast Metro area. This will facilitate periodic team and client meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team during all phases of the sales process from strategic proposal development to campaign wrap-up
  • Develop customized proposals and presentations in collaboration with the sales team and marketing
  • Support the sales team in managing existing business and accounts, including responding to client requests and questions, monitoring campaign pacing and progress, disseminating campaign progress reports, and managing changes to campaigns
  • Review contracts for accuracy and draft internal documents for execution teams; ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner and Salesforce data is maintained
  • Create and execute lead generation campaigns for assigned accounts
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail, quality, and follow-through
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Positive attitude and good judgment
  • Experience or interest in the life sciences and/or advertising industries a plus
  • Salesforce experience a plus

For Individuals based in states with Pay Transparency requirements, Cision is required to disclose a salary range for this role. This compensation of $45,000 is specific to these states; however, base pay may vary depending on a range of relevant factors.
